Ordering

  • PT Bali Gelas Artistry produces a wide range of glassware and artworks by order request.
  • We can customize designs, measurements and textures according to your needs.  Please let us know what your requirements or design specifications are and we will provide the feasibility and the pricing.
  • The artworks of Torige Seiki are exclusively created.  We will not imitate other designer’s work.  Certain reproductions of past works of Seiki Torige may be special ordered.  Customers can refer to previous works from our files.  Please note that reproduction of some of the previous artworks is often not the exact replica and for some pieces, replication is not available.
  • We do not require any minimum quantity for orders.  However, on small orders, a mold creation cost may be added.
  • Due to the nature of producing hand-made glass tableware items and art works, production time will depend on the quantity and production capability at the time of order.  Please inquire for the production times at the time of initial quotation.
  • Discounts may be offered depending on the order quantity.  However, no discounts are available for artist pieces.
  • Please let us borrow a sample if one is available.  However, please note that due to the nature of creating hand-made blown glass, the exact dimensions (Diameter, Height, Length and especially thickness of the glass) and the appearance of the goods may not be exact replicas of any samples provided.
  • Diameter means the diameter from the outside edge (Including thickness of the glass).

Ready Stock

  • Ready Stock’ means the goods available in our stock and primarily consists of overproduction of certain items.  Therefore, the quantity or styles desired from ready stock may not be available.  If the quantity is not enough for your needs, we recommend an order be placed.
  • Discounts are applicable for purchases made from the Ready Stock only with minimum orders of Rp500,000 / before taxes.  Discounts vary according to quantity ordered.

Payment

  • All purchases are subject to 10% PPN (Sales Tax).
  • Prices are subject to change at any time with / without prior notice.
  • Prices do not include packing fees, local handling, freight forwarding, destination charges and insurance or
  • Terms of payment: A down payment of 50% is requested to initiate order production. The balance for any order or on-site purchase is requested upon completion or prior to shipment.  Goods will be shipped after all the payment is confirmed.  Please note that, for bank transfers, there may be a time lag between when payment is sent to the bank here in Indonesia and when notification is sent to us that payments have been received.
  • We gladly accept Cash, Bank Check and Bank Wire Transfers.  At this time, we do not accept credit card payments.  Any applicable bank charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be payable by the purchaser.
  • Any items purchased cannot be returned and are not refundable.

Cancellation

  • For orders PT. Bali Gelas Artistry can not return any portion of down payments (or balance payment) paid in cases where order production has already commenced.

Packing & Shipping

  • We will be happy to assist with making arrangements for domestic or international shipping upon request.  Rates offered are provided directly from freight forwarders and are subject to change at any time.
  • If you have a preferred freight forwarder (Ocean or Air), please provide all contact details.  If there is no preferred freight forwarder, we will choose a forwarder by our side.  Please specify if orders are to be shipped via air or sea freight.  Please note that we are not responsible for any damages incurred to any goods once they leave our premises.
  • Please note that all orders for international destinations will now require an additional fee for fumigation.  This fee will be included in the freight forwarders quotation.
  • Packing in wooden crates with Styrofoam padding is available with additional cost.  If the country of destination requires any special packaging a higher packing charge will be applied.
  • If we provide freight forwarding assistance, we will make every attempt to provide a shipper that provides insurance for glass items.  If customers request a specific freight forwarder, we urge that they inquire directly with their freight forwarder weather they will provide insurance for glass items. Alternatively, insurance coverage for glass items can be acquired separately by the purchaser.  PT. Bali Gelas Artistry will not be responsible for the damage or loss of the goods during transportation.

Other

  • Our raw materials are 100% recycled glass and is not heatproof glass.  Sudden changes in temperature may cause damage to the glass and cause cracking or breakage.  Therefore, we do not recommend putting our glassware over the fire or pour very hot water directly into any glassware.  Although we have not heard of instances where our products are not suitable for dishwashers, we would recommend hand washing our products with mild soaps.  Do not use any harsh or abrasive materials directly on the glass.  PT. Bali Gelas Artistry will not be held responsible or liable for any accident or injury caused in any case.
